Glaive Potential provides: Increase reach and power of weapon. Glaive Potential is the 4th unlock of the Officer Glaive, Antiquated Officer Glaive and Officer Tule’s Glaive. Once you reach the 4th experience threshold, Glaive Potential will be unlocked. You can earn Weapon Experience by defeating enemies while using the desired Weapon.

      if you manage to hit with just the projected part of the glaive, you deal radiation damage regardless of which conductor you are currently using
      (i tested this with officer's glaive and all three physical conductors)
