Officer Glaive is a Melee Weapon in Hellpoint. Officer Glaive is used to deal damage to Enemies and Bosses from a close distance. Melee Weapons have different attack values and unique abilities making them more or less effective depending on the enemy or situation. Sword type weapon, characterized by its quick swings with available animation interrupting dodges. Its useful against both single enemies and hordes too while having a moderate swing speed and damage.
A recreation of a common military sword used during the 23rd century. A sad or glorious memento depending on your perspective.

Conductor Effect: Equip a Conductor to increase potential.
Stamina Regen Influx: +6% Bonus to Stamina Regen.
Weight Handling: The weapon feels lighter in the hand.
Glaive Potential: Increases the reach and power of the weapon.

AnonymousThe innate reflex boost proficiency bonus means that while this works fine on a str quality build it’s more effective if you lean more towards reflex and use a reflex module.

Available just after the 1st boss, you just need to get lucky with the metallic glass, which is a rare drop from all the basic enemies of the first area. Build it on pure strength or reflex, add the according melee conductor and breeze through the game with ease.
You can even stunlock bigger enemies like arisen and chimaeras with an r2 combo, its really effective.

probably most balanced and best weapon for most of situations
This cheatsticks dodge attack brought me threw the first half of the game. Then i upgraded it to tules glave and its dodge attack brought me threw the second half.
Now im in ng+ and the light strikers dodge attack is everything i do.
Man these swords are so reliable and suitable for every encounter they feel broken. Also you get this after ur first boss if u happen to drop metallic glass from the zombies of the first area, if not you get the weker version of it. Thats too early for such an awesome piece of a difficulty trivializer.
