Cognition Handling is a passive Melee Weapon Ability in Hellpoint. Cognition Handling  Increase Cognition capabilities. Cognition Handling is the 5th unlock of the Prying Tool and Lost Hatchet weapon. Also Cognition Handling is the 2nd of the Rail Poignard and the Heater Spear weapon. Once you reach the 5th and 2nd experience threshold, Cognition Handling will be unlocked. You can earn Weapon Experience by defeating enemies while using the desired Weapon.
