Ancient Warrior Chest Location/Where to find

• In the room where the Vault Credentials B is located, in the far end of the of room under the bridge would be a slope with water running down. In the right side of the slope leading into a waterfall would be hallway leading to a some ladders. Eventually you reach the room where the machine needed to operate Mind Vessels. Next to the machine would be the Ancient Warror Chest.
