Latest patch removed the reflex requirement
Physical weapons with innate foresight/cognition bonus don't actually get anything out of those stats. You have to use elemental Melee Conductors on them. The elemental dmg then scales with either foresight or cognition and increases the bonus even further. The physical dmg will be reduced tho and the Melee/Reflex bonus will stay low, so these weapons should mostly be considered for full Cognition/Foresight builds. There might be exceptions tho.
If you're going strength-cognition this is a fantastic weapon as once mastered does huge damage per hit...while still having the moveset and speed of the pipe.
A decent weapon if you’re planning on leveling Strength and Cognition. Same move set as the pipe, but with longer range, more damage, and a pretty good mastery skill. Definitely not as bad as people are saying.
Earliest weapon that scales with gun stat, same moveset as pipe with slightly better damage, idk why these commenters think this weapon sucks, it's great for certain builds
Best thing about this weapon is dismantling it for crafting materials...
the change of drop is about 0.1% which is stupid, and this weapon sucks
