Infused Column is a Melee Weapon in Hellpoint. Melee Weapons are used to deal damage to Enemies and Bosses in close combat. Melee Weapons have different attack values and unique abilities, making them more or less effective, depending on the enemy or situation.
Tastes come from nature. For some reason, this piece of broken architecture has been infused with raw solar energy.
Few would choose this as a viable weapon, but those who would will enjoy great stopping power.
Where / How to acquire Infused Column
- This weapon can't be found directly by exploring the various levels of the game, or defeating enemies.
- Instead, the only way to get this Melee Weapon, is via crafting, performed specifically at an Occult Conjuring Table (It won't work with an Universal Printer).
- Beforehand, you'll need to acquire the relevant Printing Model.
- Model: Infused Column can be found in the Arcology area, just after having defeated the Celestial Beast boss.
- Starting from the Arcology - Customs Bridge breach, face towards the 5 regular-sized doors, and the 2 hangar doors (logically, the bridge is then behind you).
- Approach the illuminated logo, by taking a few steps forward.
- From there, turn to the right, and go straight ahead, until you reach the wall.
- To your right, a portion of the railing is missing ; just drop down.
- After having defeated 2x Victims, you can grab 1x Model: Infused Column, lying there, in a corner.
- (From this point, getting back to where you came from involves 1 running jump, and 2 mag-lifts.)
- Infused Column can then be crafted, using the following Materials :
- 1x Column
- 1x Material: White Tempering
- 400x Inselium Particles
- 200x Carbon Particles
Infused Column - Weapon Abilities
Conductor Effect: Equip a Conductor to increase potential.
Column Mastery: Increases damage whit the weapon.
Infused Column - Notes & Tips
- Light damage scales with Foresight, but its base damage stays the same if you attach an Induction or Entropy conductor. So with those conductors Light damage will stay low no matter how much you upgrade them.
- It is a heavy type weapon, characterized by its slow and non cancellable attacks, only using vertical swings for its main combos. Has the highest stagger potential, allowing even single hits to stagger normal enemies, and double hits staggering the big ones.

Physical weapons with innate foresight/cognition bonus don't actually get anything out of those stats. You have to use elemental Melee Conductors on them. The elemental dmg then scales with either foresight or cognition and increases the bonus even further. The physical dmg will be reduced tho and the Melee/Reflex bonus will stay low, so these weapons should mostly be considered for full Cognition/Foresight builds. There might be exceptions tho.

Actually, there is a mistake on this page:
Infused Column inherits additional Light Damage wich scales of Foresight! Now throw in a Induction/Entrophy Conductor which even amplyfies the Light Damage gained from additional Foresight and turns this bad boy into a three split Damager. Now Add Column Mastery: OP
Everbody saying this weapon is bad has clearly no concept of this games mechanics
